We tend to ship your order as soon as possible, but usually within 1-3 business days.

How can I make a return?

Returns can be made within 14 days of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@minkelwinkel.com. The return costs are for the buyer. Clothing must be in the same condition as when you received it. After approval, the outstanding amount will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Can I make an exchange?

The fastest way to exchange an item is to start the return process for the item you purchased, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
